Location
The property is built into the ancient castle walls of Fratta Todina, which is between Marsciano and Todi in the Tiber Valley.

This is a three-storey house in structurally sound condition but needing refreshing and installation of heating, plumbing and electrical systems. The roof has already been restored. We have a local builder in the village who is prepared to do the work and has quoted us a figure of 90,000 euros to do the systems, floors and create a large living room from two bedrooms.
