Location
The house sits on a hill in the small hamlet of San Ercolano, close to Gualdo Tadino (6km). The hamlet has a bar and small foodstore within 50m of the house and there are many restaurants nearby in the agriturismi. Main shops and services are at Gubbio (13km).
