The house sits on a small promontory just outside the small village of Crocicchio, near Gualdo Tadino.
Three floors based on a medieval tower dating back to the 14th century. There is a huge arched room beneath the house which could be incorporated into the house to provide a garden kitchen and dining terrace.
A large dining portico runs along part of the front of the house. From this the main entrance leads into a large hallway with stairs up to the first floor. Huge lounge with picture window and doors to portico. Fully fitted kitchen dining room with fireplace and larder. Bathroom comprising bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Two further rooms that could be used as a dining room and a study.
The house is accessed along a white road in excellent condition which winds past the lake below the house and up to the entrance gates. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the house with access to garages for up to three cars.
Mains electricity of 6kw. Mains water. Above ground gas storage tank supplying hot water and central heating system supplemented by open fire place. Each floor has its own central heating boiler. Two septic tanks for drainage. Connected telephone line.
One of the best locations we have seen.
