Our Opinion

This is a fabulous house at a very reasonable price.  The owners had planned to create an internal staircase between the upper and lower ground floors, which would be a good idea.  They already have permission for a swimming pool.

The distance from Pietralunga.  The drive is beautiful and only takes a few minutes.
