Kitchen with open fireplace and boiler/store room off. Doors lead from the kitchen to a barbecue room with open fireplace for cooking, built-in hob and sink. Doors lead from the cooking room to a dining terrace.
From the entrance hall a corridor leads to a double bedroom, bathroom finished in Assisi stone comprising jacuzzi bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom also finished in Assisi stone comprising shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Stairs lead from the hallway up to the first floor.

The house is surrounded by very pleasant gardens, fenced with electrically-operated gates to driveway leading to the garage. There is a feature well in the paved area in front of the portico. Alongside the fenced gardens there is a plot of building land of 500m2 also belonging to the house
Access
The property is accessed directly from asphalt road. There are electrically-operated gates to driveway leading to the garage and the plot of land alongside the fenced gardens can be used for addition parking.

Our Opinion
This is a lovely house in a nice position. It's hard to tell that it is not an old farmhouse which has been restored.
Our suggestion for improvement...
Add a swimming pool and you have a near perfect house.
Don't be put off by...
There is no shower or bath in the first floor en suite, but it could be added.
