The house stands at the end of its private drive, surrounded by its own land. It is close to the walled village of Collelungo in the hills above the town of Marsciano (ten minutes by car). Marsciano has a full range of shops and services, including a hospital and railway station. The E45 superstrada provides rapid access northwards to Perugia (half an hour) and southwards to Todi (half and Hour ) and Rome (2 hours)There are numerous restaurants close by.

From the asphalt road the white track passes several other houses and then the last part is a private internal track to the house, all in excellent condition.
