The property is located on a hillside near Monte Castello di Vibio, between Marsciano and Todi.

The property is surrounded by its own land of 1.7 hectares with the possibility of buying more to 2.5 hectares with a derelict house to restore.  There is a dining terrace outside the kitchen and further large terrace with wood shed alongside.  Large car port for about four cars.  The garden around the house is planted with a wide variety of shrubs and trees.  Plenty of space for a swimming pool if required.

Access

The property is accessed by a level white road in good condition then into its own tree-lined driveway.  There is parking in front of the house for several cars and at the rear is a car port and access to the garage.

Our Opinion

This is a very handsome villa with many imposing features.  We especially like the entrance hall with gallery and beamed ceiling.

Our suggestion for improvement...

Maybe a swimming pool?  Not a lot else.

Don't be put off by...

The derelict house on the land below.  The purchase of this is optional.  There is a plan drawn up for rebuilding this as a separate dwelling which, if you don't buy all the land offered, would be rebuilt by the present owner.
