Maintaining your property can be a bit of nightmare if you are only visiting it for holidays and letting it means even more maintenance is required. Even maintaining a house while you are living in it can be a problem for those who are not 'handy'.
However, help is at hand! We have formed associations with several companies (below) who specialise in maintaining your house, pool and garden. They can undertake work such as painting, repairing broken fences, pathways, etc. In addition they provide services such as key-holding for holiday guests, and even the organisation of parties, dinners and ceremonies. In fact, if you have any requirement these are the people to speak to!
